Navigating the "Hamburger" Menu:

Now that we have covered how to navigate the dashboard we will discuss using the "Hamburger" menu. The Hamburger menu as mentioned in the above section is the hamburger-like icon located in the upper left hand corner of every ThoroughCare screen. By clicking this icon you can either hide or make the navigation menu visible.

Once the Menu is visible, first notice the "Dashboard" option. This will be used if you would like to navigate back to the dashboard from anywhere else in ThoroughCare.

The next menu item will be the "Programs" tab. This provides the user with a shortcut to different program worklists such as CCM or AWV.

Note: This will be Individual to your personalized Thoroughcare site only programs your site needs will be available.

The following section will specify Reports that you are able to create. As a Care Manager you are able to view the Billing and Claims page and create other reports from the "Other Reports" page.

After "Reports" you will see the "Notifications" option. By clicking this you will be taken to your User's Notification Page where you can view and filter all patient notifications.

Next, would be the "Care Manager Stats" option. This page is handy for tracking individual stats with your patients. For Example you can see how many CCM minutes you have logged this month and how many new patients have been recently enrolled.

Similar to the care manager stats page, the "Daily Report" provides the user with information on their progression throughout each day of the month. you can view activity, monitor minutes logged, claims by billable date, etc.

One of the more important options is the Call Scheduler. ThoroughCare's "Call scheduler" allows users to schedule, monitor, and track upcoming patient calls/events.

Probably the most important option for beginners on ThoroughCare is our "Knowledge Base". By clicking this option you will be taken outside of ThoroughCare to our library of TC help knowledge!

For more information on the CCM dashboard or menu, not discussed in this article, chat with a ThoroughCare professional by clicking the blue chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of every ThoroughCare screen!
