Begin by typing in the patient's first name, last name, or EHR ID in ThoroughCare's patient search bar.

When the search page loads, select the patient name, EHR ID, or the "View" button located under the "Actions" column.

Once on the patient view page, make sure select the "RPM" program underneath the "Programs" tab.

If the patient has not consented to RPM services the buttons underneath the "Enrollment status" column should be highlighted red.

When the user would like to document patient consent, click the "Monthly" button to allow monitoring of patient numbers monthly.

This will bring up a consent pop-up which asks the user if they are sure they want to enable monthly monitoring for the patient. Click the "OK" button within the pop-up to proceed.

Once monthly monitoring is enabled, the red button will now turn to green. Click the "Daily" button to enable monitoring of patient numbers daily.

Again, ThoroughCare will ask the user if they are sure they would like to enable daily monitoring for this patient. Click the "OK" button to proceed.

Now both enrollment statuses will be highlighted in green, this means the documentation of the patient's enrollment in RPM services is complete.

Notice that the "Start Date" will now be populated with the date in which the patient's enrollment was documented.

If the user would like to add/change a Care Manger or Physician to manage the patient's RPM services click the "None" option or listed name located underneath the "Care Manager" and "Physician" columns.

For more information on enrolling a patient in the RPM program, not discussed in this article, chat with a ThoroughCare professional by clicking the blue chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of every ThoroughCare screen!
