ThoroughCare will be releasing a new worklist filter format to help condense the worklist filters that have begun to clutter up the tops of our worklists. Take a look at the article below to learn how to navigate the new filter format!

Navigate to a Worklist:

Notice the top of the worklist you are viewing. As you will see all previous filters that are typically visible are no longer there. Instead they have been replaced with a "Filters" button located in the top right corner of the worklist.

Click the blue "Filters" button to bring up the worklist filters.

Notice all of the filtering options listed in the "Worklist Filters" pop-up. The listed options are still all the previous filtering options that users should be already familiar with using.

Date Filters:

To use a date filter, click on the menu item or the dropdown arrow to the right of the filter's name.

Once the date box appears, click it to open the calendar.

As usual, click to select two dates you would like to filter patient's between. For this example we are filtering for enrollment date, so we are selecting dates from April 1- April 30.

Once the target dates are selected and highlighted in light blue select the blue "Apply" button.

When the date has been chosen it will read in the date box as shown in the screenshot below.

Drop-Down Filters:

Filter items such as Care Manager, Physician, Language, and Department have a drop-down menu, in which you select the option from a predetermined list. Click any of these filter options to make the drop-down filter appear.

Note: For this example we are using the "CCM Care Manager" filter.

Once the drop-down menu appears click it to see the available options.

Filter through the listed options by scrolling or typing (if allowed) in the provided drop-down. Once the target filtering option is found click to select it.

Flag Filter:

In order to filter by flags select the "Flags" drop-down.

As before, click to show the drop-down menu/customer flag options.

Once the flag options appear, scroll through the list to find a target flag that the worklist is to be filtered by. Click to select the flag as shown in the screenshot below.

Once a flag is selected the second drop-down menu appears. Click this second drop-down to choose whether you want the filter to shown patients with all, none, or any of the selected flags.

Note: As usual, users can still select multiple flags to filter by, by clicking the flag dropdown a second time to add an additional flag to the filter.

Once a user has finished specifying their filtering options

Once the filters apply, take a look at the top of the worklist. Notice that any chosen filters appear in bubbles at the top of the worklist.

If a user would like to remove one of the chosen filters click the "X" to the right of the target filter to remove it and re-load the search results.
