ThoroughCare has updated the call schedule to allow users to easily copy future calls to the current date and time. Continue through the following article to learn how a user can use the copy or move a call feature on the call scheduler.

Selecting the Call to Copy:

First, begin by navigating to the user call scheduler. Once on the call scheduler click to select the future call you wish to copy or move.

Note: Only a future call can be copied/moved. If you select a call that was scheduled in the past notice the copy and move options will not be available in the "Log Call/Interaction" pop-up.

Once the "Log Call/Interaction" pop-up, notice the blue message located at the bottom of the page.

In order to move/copy the call make sure the "Call Status" is first selected. The call status options are highlighted in the screenshot below. If any other information needs changed (ex: Purpose of call or additional notes to be added) or added within the "Log Call/Interaction" do so before copying/moving the call

Note: A user will be unable to copy/move a scheduled call without selecting the call's "Status", so make sure to select this before moving forward.

Once the call has a selected "Status", choose whether the call should be moved or copied. Select the first bubble labeled "Move this event from the future date/time to now" if the call should just be moved from the date and time it was originally scheduled for to the currently date/time.

If the user would like to simply copy the scheduled call without losing the future scheduled call, select the the bubble labeled "Copy this event to the current date/time so that I can add updated but leave the future event on the schedule".

Once the target update option is selected, the call can now be saved. Click the "Save" button in the bottom right hand corner of the pop-up.

When the call has been copied/moved, notice the new call that appears.

Note: Based on which call is selected, all of the previously entered call information should be populated in the newly scheduled call.
