It's easy to add a patient into ThoroughCare from Athena to begin their CCM and AWV's. All you need is the patient's EHR ID number.

From the dashboard in your ThoroughCare site, click the Import Patient button.

This will bring up a pop up box asking for the Patient's EHR ID. Enter the ID number and click Import from EHR.

The next screen will ask you to choose a primary physician and care manager and other helpful information to properly engage the patient and bill medicare.

All of your patient's information is now in ThoroughCare, including their insurance information. They can now begin the CCM and AWV programs.
