If a user cannot get logged into their account, administrators have the ability to reset their password for them. Here is how an administrator could reset the password for a user who is unable to log into their account.

First, start out by navigating to the Users page under the Management tab.

Once at the User Management page, you can then search for the User you are attempting to get logged in by entering their name in the search box at the top of the table and hitting the enter key to pull up their account.

After locating their account, you then want to click the Edit button to bring up the Edit User window.

From this window, you can edit many details about the User. We will focus on changing the password.

To change the password, simply enter a password into the Password and Confirm Password text fields and then click the Update User button.

The user should now be able to log in with the password you entered!
