ThoroughCare / Application Release Notes - May 08, 2024

New Features

  • Integration with Tenovi Cellular Devices*

    • Tenovi uses TransTek devices for its cellular offerings. ThoroughCare has implemented the ability to order these devices as well as add them to patients to receive cellular readings.

    • Please note that these devices use the IMEI number as the identifier in ThoroughCare, and do not use the Tenovi gateways.

    • Supported cellular devices include Blood Pressure Monitor, Weight Scale, and Glucometer.

  • Tenovi Infrared Thermometer Integration*

    • Users can now order and add Tenovi Infrared Thermometers in ThoroughCare. These devices use the Tenovi Gateway.

  • Missed Reimbursement Dashboard (Analytics)

    • This dashboard allows users to closely monitor and address missed reimbursement opportunities within program claims.

  • RPM Opportunity Report (Analytics)

    • A list of patients who are not enrolled in RPM, but have conditions that could benefit from RPM management to improve patient outcomes and overall health.

      • The report lists the patient’s conditions that could be considered eligible for RPM and the suggested vitals to be monitored for that condition.

    • Each G0511 instance will generate a new Date of Service and line item in the Billing tab and the Billing and Claims worklist.

  • POST and PATCH Task API

    • Users can now update and add time logs using the Task resource in the ThoroughCare API.

  • Support for Forced Expiratory Volume (FEV1) Readings*

    • FEV1 has been added to the enabled measurements list, and will now be automatically added to the patient’s measurements if a Tenovi Peak Flow Meter is added.

  • Tenovi Ordering Enhancements*

    • ThoroughCare has added the ability to order different sizes of blood pressure cuffs with the Tenovi BPMs, as well as order cuffs, lancets, and test strips individually.

    • Users will notice that the Tenovi ordering modal has a new appearance due to these enhancements; please reach out to ThoroughCare support with any questions.

  • Medication Import Updated for Dr Chrono

    • Medications imported into ThoroughCare from DrChrono will now include dosage, dosage units, frequency, frequency units, and notes, where applicable.

  • Remove “Patient” from Sheet Names (Analytics)

    • The word “Patient” has been removed from some sheet names, including “Patient Demographics Details”, “Patient Demographics Dashboard”, “Patient Engagement” (now “Engagement Dashboard”), “Patient Outreach Dashboard”, “Patient Stratification Dashboard”, “Patient Stratification Report”, “Patient Vitals Dashboard”, and “Patient Vitals Details”.

  • Alert Response Time Enhancement (Analytics)
