ThoroughCare / Application Release Notes - January 8, 2025

New Features

  • Downloadable Assessments

    • Finalized patient assessments are now available to download through the Assessments/Screenings tab.

  • Coming Soon!

    • ThoroughCare is pleased to announce the general availability of our upgraded analytics functionality, which will enhance the currently existing analytics platform. An email will be sent to customers in the coming weeks to discuss their roll-out plans for the upgrade. Please reach out to your ThoroughCare representative for more information!

System Enhancements

  • SmartMeter Ordering Enhancements

    • Customers with a SmartMeter contract can order any device they are contracted to order, instead of the set devices previously supported. Please contact your account manager to enable this option!

  • Disable Medications from the Health Data Exchange*

    • Practices using the Health Data Exchange can choose to disable medication data import. All other data will be imported as usual.

    • This feature allows customers to further configure the patient data available to users. Please contact your account manager to enable the Health Data Exchange!

  • Veradigm Place of Service Enhancement*

    • ThoroughCare can now pull in the POS list from Veradigm PM for integrated practices.

    • This resolves claim submission issues that some Veradigm-integrated customers experience.

  • Automated Tenovi Gateway ID Updates

    • When Tenovi sends ThoroughCare a message indicating that a device has been removed or replaced, ThoroughCare will now automatically update the gateway ID (if replaced) or remove the associated devices (if removed in Tenovi).

  • Upgrade Dexcom API

    • ThoroughCare was operating on version 2 of Dexcom’s API, which prevented our users from getting data from Dexcom G6 and G7 devices. With the API upgrade, ThoroughCare can now receive data from the Dexcom G6 and G7 devices.

Defect Corrections

  • Fixed datepicker on lab results resetting when status dropdown selected

  • Fixed an issue preventing ordering Smart Meter devices

  • Fixed issue where RPM devices were duplicated on patient chart

  • Fixed an issue where users with Permission sets were unable to see previous call notes

  • Fixed an issue with PCM Enrollment Consent pop up

  • Fixed the Care Plan Sign-off statement to reflect when a non-Provider signs off on the Care Plan on behalf of a Provider
