The latest update to our assessments has provided improvements by helping streamline the workflow and increasing overall performance.

Enhancements to the Assessment

Continuous Scroll

Progressing through the assessments will now be done by continuous scrolling. The removal of the “Next Question” button will reduce the number of clicks that will need to take place during the assessment. As each question is completed, the user will be able to scroll to the next question. Upon the completion of each section the next section of the assessment will appear as the user scrolls.

Active Progress Bar

The Progress Bar for each section of the assessment will be actively tracking the progress of questions completed. The section progress bar will be orange for the in-progress sections and green for completed sections. Additionally, the assessment progress bar will display the percent of the assessment completed.

Increased Usability

One of the increased usability features that is a part of the Assessment Redesign is the ability for the users to select answers by clicking the text, radio buttons, or checkboxes.

The framing of the sections panel has also been updated so that the users are able to see the entire list of sections without scrolling.

The Finalize button will change from the orange Finalize Incomplete to the blue Finalize Assessment once all of the questions in the assessment have been completed.

Performance Improvement

Enhancements to the backend performance were implemented to reduce loading time of sections and questions. The performance of the overall navigation of the assessment has been improved for better user experience.
