ThoroughCare has added a brand new feature to the call scheduler that will allow users to schedule a monthly/weekly recurring call with a patient. For a walkthrough on how a user can plan or delete monthly or weekly calls continue through the next sections of this help-article.

Scheduling a Recurring Call:

First begin by scheduling a call as normal, click within any whitespace on the call scheduler to bring up the "Schedule Patient Appointment" form.

Once the pop-up appears, continue to fill out the call's Date/time, the patient who it is with, the staff member making the call, and the purpose for the call.

Note: The day that is chosen for the call will be the first date that the recurring call populates on the call scheduler, depending if the call is meant to be completed weekly or not will determine the following call dates.

When all of the call data is recorded, select the "Recurring" checkbox at the bottom of the pop-up.

Once selected the pop-up will add an additional field for "Frequency". Here the user selects whether the call is weekly or monthly. For this example the call will recur weekly, so we will be selecting the "Weekly" bubble.

Next, select the "Save" button in the bottom right hand corner to create the recurring calls.

Now, if the user is to check the call scheduler, in the "Month" view, they will notice that the scheduled call is populated for all future weeks/months.

Deleting a Recurring Call:

To delete a Scheduled Recurring call simply click on one of the calls and select delete in the lower right hand corner

Once the "Delete" button is selected, ThoroughCare should prompt the user with an additional "Confirm Appointments" pop-up. This pop-up is going to ask the user if they would like to delete "This Event Only" or if they would like to erase "All Following Events". Select whichever option suites the user's needs and then click the "Accept" button.

Note: Once the "Accept" button is clicked the appointment(s) will officially be deleted.
