How to Make a Patient’s Enrollment Status Active Again
Table: Previous and New Inactive Enrollment Statuses
Navigate to Enrollment Status
Find the respective Patient File and click on the ‘Care Management’ tab. You will land on the ‘Chronic Care Management’ screen (even if the patient is not enrolled in the CCM program).
Right underneath the ‘Care Management’ tab and the section header are four buttons that represent ThoroughCare programs.
Clicking on the green ‘Checkmark Icon’ will bring up a modal to edit a patient’s status in the associated program.
Users may now utilize the modal to change the enrollment status for their patient(s).
Click on the dropdown bar labeled ‘Changed enrollment status to:’ and a menu will populate showing the possible statuses that may be selected.
Another way to access a patient's enrollment status from the Care Management tab is to scroll further down to the 'Ongoing Monthly Workflow' section.
Click on the 'Green Checkmark' or the 'Enrollment and Consent' text below it to bring up the enrollment status modal for the selected patient.
Click the dropdown bar within the modal and select an Inactive Enrollment status.
After selecting an Inactive Enrollment status, the Green Checkmark will change to a yellow invalid sign showing a successful disenrollment from a program.

How to Make a Patient’s Enrollment Status Active Again
Navigate to the ‘Care Management Tab’ and click on the yellow 'X' mark next to a program’s name.
A modal for ‘Enrollment Status’ will appear on the screen. Select ‘Active’ to enroll the patient back into the selected program.
Once ‘Active’ is selected, the modal will ask for patient consent to enroll into the program and agreement with associated items concerning copay, how to cancel/exit the program, how information is shared, and how only one practitioner can bill for the program.
Agree to the items, pick the consent method, and add a start date along with any relevant notes. Click ‘Save’ when ready.
After hitting save, a user will see that the yellow 'X' mark on a program’s button has changed back to a green checkmark to represent current enrollment.
