Providers sign-off for care plans in bulk through worklists.

The bulk provider sign-off feature allows providers to select patients from their worklist to sign-off on the ‘Provider Review’ section of the Care Management tab.

Bulk Provider Sign-off from worklist

Navigate the program worklist in order to utilize the Provider sign off bulk action. Once on the appropriate worklist and filtered to the appropriate Physician, select all of the patients that need to be signed off on through using the checkboxes.

After the desired patients are selected, select the ‘Bulk Actions’ dropdown at the top of the worklist and choose ‘Provider Sign-off’ .

Selecting the ‘Provider Sign-off’ action will trigger the sign off modal to appear. Certify that the provider’s name is correct and enter the appropriate date. To sign off select the ‘Sign Off’ button at the bottom of the modal.

A confirmation notification will appear in the browser, select ‘Ok’ to continue the sign off process otherwise select ‘Cancel’.

The number of patients who have been successfully signed-off on will appear in the modal. The patients who were unsuccessfully signed off on will have their names appear followed by the reason why the sign off could not be completed. To view those patients, select directly on their name.

A successful bulk provider sign-off will look like the image below with the name of provider, the type of sign-off, and the date.

An unsuccessful bulk provider sign off will show the reason why the sign-off could not be completed in the ‘Provider Sign Off’ field.
