For AWV-only practices, users may now complete a standalone Health Risk Assessment (HRA) even if a HRA had already been completed within the last year for a patient.

To find the standalone HRA function, proceed to the 'Assessments/Screenings’ tab from a patient’s file.

Then locate the ‘Conduct HRA’ button in the top-right corner where a user would start a new screening assessment.

A modal will then appear and ask the user to input a Clinical and Provider Reviewer for the new HRA before they may begin.

Once a clinical and provider reviewer have been determined, then a user may click the ‘Begin HRA’ button.

The HRA will then populate and can be completed or finished later.

Note (1): If an AWV is already in progress then a user will not be able to start another HRA for that patient.

Note (2): If an HRA is already in progress for a patient, then when a user starts an AWV it will move all completed answers on the HRA to the AWV assessment.
