How to Toggle Between Multiple Practices With Group Functionality

Group users have the ability to seamlessly switch to and from customer sites without having to open multiple tabs. Remember, a user must already have a username and password created in order to access customer sites! Continue through the following article to learn how to navigate between the different practices a user is assigned to.

Log In:

Begin by logging into the site which the user has access to. One may do this by entering their password and username in the the designated areas within the Log in page. When ready, click the "Log in" button to log the target user into ThoroughCare.

Once the user is logged into their account/dashboard, check the upper left hand corner for a dark grey dropdown box. Click within this dropdown box to view the practices the current user has access to.

Note: The first time you switch to another site, you may have to login using the same username and password as the original site you logged into.

Once the dropdown list extends, click to select the practice/site the user would like to travel to.

If the user successfully toggles between practices, the practice name at the top of the screen should change as shown in the screenshot below.
