To view the software version for ThoroughCare, first direct your mouse to the ‘i’ icon in the top right corner next to the username.

Click on the ‘i’ icon and a dropdown menu will appear. Select the ‘About’ option under Resources.

The ‘ThoroughCare Care Delivery Software’ modal will be displayed which will indicate the software version for the Core product, the user’s domain, and the browser (plus browser version) they are using to access the site.

If users have access to ThoroughCare Analytics, then that software information will also be displayed in the About Software modal.

NOTE: The user may need to load ThoroughCare Analytics first for the Analytics software version to appear in the About Software display.
