Overview

ThoroughCare allows practices to customize the suggested items that are displayed by default when adding a new Problem Card to a patient's Care Plan. This allows administrative users to guide their Care Managers through the care plan building process, streamline effort, and enhance reportability.

Configuring Problem Cards

To configure a Problem Card, go to Management - Suggested CP Items. Search the table for the Care Plan Name / Condition / Problem you would like to customize and click the corresponding 'Edit' button.

Through the 'Edit Problem Suggestions' modal, add and remove items until all desired suggested items are displayed and click 'Save'.

When that Problem Card is added to a patient, the suggestions will appear exactly as they are shown in the 'Suggested CP Items'.

Note: Changes will never impact Problem Cards saved prior to the customization.
