Feature of the Month

Program-specific Custom Care Team Roles*

ThoroughCare now allows practices to assign additional care team members to a individual program care teams, instead of of assigning them to the patient's general care team. This update supports more intentional documentation and clarity around a user's responsibility towards a patient's care.

System Enhancements

Additional Insurance Information Included in ADT Messages*

When ADT messages are received in ThoroughCare, the Transtions tab will now store the related insurance policy name and policy id in the Transition Summary modal.

Analytics

  • The CCM Worklist sheet is now reflecting the correct patient totals

Calendar & Interactions

  • Users are now able to edit Call Purposes on scheduled calls

EHRs & Integrations

  • Athena is now displaying patient weights in grams instead of pounds

  • AdvancedMD patient addresses are now populating in the Patient Info as expected

Patient Chart

  • The 'Last PCP' field is now displaying the date in the expected format

  • Risk Score Reports are no longer displaying Super Admin user names, only practice users

  • Gaps in Care alerts are no longer triggering for deceased patients

Worklists

  • The 'Last Call Attempt' columns are now sorting by the date of the last column attempt associated with the related program worklist

  • The PCM Worklist's 'Conditions' filter is now returning all expected results

  • The 'Clinical Review' column is now updating as expected
