System Enhancements

RPM Device Filtering Update

ThoroughCare has added a new, ‘Ordered’ status option to the RPM Worklist’s ‘Supplied Device’ column. This status reflects when a device has been ordered on a patient, but they do not currently have any devices actively set up.

TC ID Patient Search Option*

ThoroughCare now offers a practice option that enables users to search for patients using their TC ID. If you are interested in enabling this search option, please reach out to your ThoroughCare representative.

* Enhancement was created based on a user idea
