Feature of the Month
Email and Text Assessment Enhancements
Users can now send any assessment, excluding care plan assessments, directly to patients via email or text message.
Benefits:
Improved Efficiency
Care managers can gather important health information from patients without needing to schedule a phone call or in-person visit, saving time for both staff and patients.
Increased Patient Engagement
By enabling patients to complete assessments at their convenience, this feature promotes greater participation and a more flexible experience.

System Enhancements
Users now have the ability to send assessments to patients via email or text message
All available assessments are now available in one location to view and begin.
Updated the functionality of the call status icon on the program worklists to allow for scheduling calls in the future.
Added a new column to the program worklists to identify patients who have been marked as reviewed for the month.
Added a new section to show the last time a patient was marked as reviewed for the month on the care management page
Added the ability to print the clinical marked as reviewed dates onto the care plan report.
Analytics Version Upgrade
All customers are now using the cloud version of our analytics application.
The key highlights of this upgrade include regular data reloads throughout the day, enhanced security, and new features!

Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where calls set to the PCM program were not updating the PCM worklist appropriately.
Fixed an issue with calls not correctly adding to the current day when selecting the option to create a copy of the event and keep the existing event on the call scheduler.
Fixed an issue with the patient portal care plan reports not printing all sections.
Fixed an issue with adding an addendum to medication notes.
Fixed an issue preventing the RPM worklist pdf from being printable when sorting by any of the reading columns.
Fixed a typo in the word discounts on an intervention.
Fixed an issue with call status columns not appropriately accounting for calls assigned to all programs.
Fixed an issue where medications were not always automatically moving to the inactive status after the medication end date had passed.
Fixed an issue where the Last PCP date would allow for bad data to be saved.
Fixed an issue where you were unable to see the patient who was associated with a To-Do when viewing this from a different practice.
Fixed an issue causing a mismatch in numbers between the dashboard and worklist
Fixed a bug causing duplicate programs to appear on the Demographics Details sheet in analytics.
Fixed a bug that displayed CCO Care Manager as the filter when selecting the Primary Care Manager filter on User Performance Dashboard in analytics.
Fixed a bug that caused the User Login Report in analytics to be inaccessible.
