On patient RPM care plan reports, ThoroughCare offers Device Reading Averages to be included when selected in the report details. Continue through the following article to learn how to have device reading averages show up on your next RPM care plan report!

Creating Care Plan Report with Device Averages Included:

Starting on the patient's RPM page, click the "Print Preview" button located under the time logger as shown in the screenshot below.

Once the "Select Report Details" pop-up appears, locate the "RPM Device Readings" item. Click to select the checkbox to the left of "RPM Device Readings"

Note: by selecting this option, device averages should be included when generating the patient's care plan report.

Once all target report details are selected, click either the "Open preview" or "Download PDF" buttons to generate the report. For this example we will be selecting the "Open preview" option.

Once the preview/file is opened, navigate to the page that includes the patient's "Device Readings".

Once the patient's "Device Readings" are located, look to find the device "Averages" positioned on the last line under the patient's last recorded reading (highlighted below).
