You now have the ability to order Tenovi devices to have them shipped directly to a patient right in ThoroughCare.

How to order

Ordering these devices can be done from the "Devices" tab on the patients page. On this tab, you will notice a new button "Order a Device", which can be clicked to begin this ordering process.

Once you have clicked on the "Order a Device" button a new popup will appear which will allow you to fill out required information for this order. You will be able to select the type(s) of device(s) as well as fill in the patients shipping information below. The patients information will be prepopulated with any information which is saved in ThoroughCare. This information may be edited and changed before completing this order.

Note: If the user that is creating this order has an email attached to their account, this will be automatically added to receive status updates about this order.

Order Statuses

Dropship Requested:

Once an order has been completed, a new row will appear under "Provider Ordered Devices. Initially, the status will be set to "Dropship Requested", which simply means that the order has been placed.

Dropshipped:

Once the delivery process is underway, this status will update to "Dropshipped". You will also notice a new link is created under this status allowing you to view the tracking information for this order.

Delivered:

This status will next update to "Delivered" once this has been delivered to the entered address.

Connected:

As soon as this has been delivered the patient will be able to take a reading. After this first reading has been taken, the device will be added to the patient's device list automatically and this reading will be available to view.
