ThoroughCare / Application Release Notes - February 11, 2025
New Features
This new practice option enables a table that populates all electronic device readings received into ThoroughCare with a severity of Critical or Caution and allows users to review and document on the reading details without having to access individual patient charts. Please contact ThoroughCare to learn more about enabling this feature.
A notice will now appear when another user is viewing a patient’s chart. Only one user can make changes at a time. Once the initial user leaves the page, the chart will unlock, allowing the next user to edit.
Risk Assessment API*
This new resource reflects the device readings queue in the core platform.
Users can retrieve device readings queue readings and their results up to 30 days after the reading was taken.
Device Readings Queue (Analytics)*
This new sheet reflects the device readings queue in the core platform.
System Enhancements
Allow for multiple accounts with the same NPI number*
Providers are no longer restricted from using their NPI number to create multiple logins when they require access to more than one ThoroughCare environment.
CPAP Enabled Measurement*
Apnea-hypopnea Index (AHI) readings can now be documented in the Patient Vitals area of patient charts.
API Performance Enhancements
This update will introduce a change that will dramatically increase the API performance by removing the "Total" output from Bundle (index) resources. However, this will cause issues with any current API calls that are currently utilizing this field.
All users with a developer account will be receiving an email with more information. If you do not receive this email but would like more information, please reach out to the ThoroughCare support team.
