ThoroughCare / Application Release Notes - June 10, 2025

New Features

    • You can now download program worklists as spreadsheet files using the new CSV option, available alongside the existing PDF download option.

  • Scrollable Worklists

    • Tables on worklists are now scrollable within their section instead of extending off the full browser screen, improving usability on smaller displays.

  • Patient Problems in the API*

    • Users with the “Developer” role can now retrieve patients’ problems using the “ClinicalImpression” resource.

    • Developer users can also post notes to problems that are in a “Managing” status.

System Enhancements

  • Analytics Version Upgrade

    • ThoroughCare is upgrading the version of the analytics tool embedded in the application. This upgrade introduces a number of new and exciting features, including regular data reloads during the day and better performance!

    • This will be released on a rolling basis; leaders on your team will be receiving an email with your upgrade date in the coming weeks.

  • Tasks API Enhancement*

    • Users with the “Developer” role can now programmatically delete tasks and time logs using the new delete endpoint.

  • Enabled Measurements Automatically Added Through the API

    • When device readings are sent via ThoroughCare’s API, the associated enabled measurement will automatically be added to the patient.

  • When G0136 claims are created during an AWV, they will now appear on the same claim as the AWV, using modifier 33.

* Enhancement was created based on a user idea
