System Enhancements
Option to Upload Care Plans to Athena in “Closed” Status*
This optional setting will automatically close care plan documents uploaded to AthenaHealth EHR.
Please reach out to ThoroughCare support to enable this option for your practice!
AWV Worklist Enhancements
Medicare ID and Provider Sign-off columns added to AWV Worklist along with improved filtering options.
Updated AWV dashboard with tooltips for each bucket.
A completed Provider Sign-off now resets when changes are made to an AWV.
Users can now bulk generate AWV Summary reports from the AWV worklist and upload reports to either a SFTP or EHR.

Multi-Program Selection On Patient Interactions*
New “Programs” field added to the modal for scheduling or documenting Patient Interactions.
Multiple programs can be selected and associated to a Patient Interaction.
Will populate a default program based on the “Purpose” selected.
The field will not be displayed within the modal if a user chooses a non-call adjacent “Interaction Type”.

Care Management Tab Changes
Updated provider review tab notes to share the functionality of the clinical review tab, now saving the date/timestamp alongside the note itself.
Removed dropdown to select a user who is creating the note. Notes will always be associated automatically with the user who entered them.
Audits Page Enhancements
Improved performance loading audit page details
A new export option has been added allowing exporting your requested details to a csv.
Audit details now no longer load upon initial loading of the page, but will only load after selecting to search based on your selected filters.

Updated Terminology for Liver Disease
In the April release, ThoroughCare will be updating our liver disease terminology to align with the updates from American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD)
"Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD)" is now "Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD),"
"Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH)" is now "Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH)."

Fixed custom successful calls counting as unsuccessful for TCM
Fixed RPM worklist not filtering out patients when using the “no readings” option
Fixed an issue with CCO worklist data missing in Analytics
Fixed an issue with the care plan assessment not updating smart goal dates on the clinical review tab
