ThoroughCare / Application Release Notes - May 13, 2025

New Features

  • Actively Enrolled Status*

    • The program worklists will now have a status filter option for “Actively Enrolled”. “Actively Enrolled” patients are those that are currently enrolled into the program and have not been inactivated for the month.

  • Medent Integration*

    • ThoroughCare now offers a new EHR integration with Medent! If your practice uses Medent or has plans to use Medent, you’ll now be able to import patients and their demographics, conditions, and devices. You’ll also be able to export patient vitals, care plans, and claims into Medent.

  • Athena IDX integration*

    • ThoroughCare now integrates with athena’s RCM solution, athenaIDX. Practices can use the integration with athenaIDX to operationalize their revenue cycle streams and billing workflows.

  • Link to SDOH Tool

    • Users can now navigate directly to the SDOH tool "FindHelp" by opening the information dropdown and selecting "Social Care Network".

    • This tool assists users in identifying local community resources to address social needs that impact care plan success and patient health outcomes

    • Please note that no data will be transmitted to or from the tool.

System Enhancements

    • Task Panel Renamed to User Panel

    • Sidebar button now displays the number of overdue or tasks due today

    • New Tabs Added

      • New Calendar Tab

        • Allows viewing a condensed week view of your scheduled calls

      • New Notepad Tab

        • Allows for typing and saving any notes which you may wish to reference later.

  • New Calendar Icon

    • Calendar icon added to the user icon row (upper right corner)

    • Allows accessing the calendar page as well as displays the number of calls scheduled for the current day

  • Program Specific Call Columns

    • Call columns on the worklist are now based on the specific program you are viewing.

      • Call Status

      • Last Successful Call

      • Last Call Attempt

      • Call Attempts

      • Unsuccessful Call Attempts

      • Follow Up

* Enhancement was created based on a user idea

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where patients were being displayed multiple times on the worklist.

  • Fixed an issue where a blood pressure reading could not generate an alert.

  • Fixed an issue where N/A responses were not printed in custom assessments.

  • Fixed an issue where users were unable to use the next page button on the Audits page.

  • Fixed the spelling error in the alcohol abuse long term goal.

  • Fixed an issue where AWV reports printed from the bulk actions on the AWV worklist would print additional information that was deselected.

  • Fixed an issue where if a user is set as a care manager and provider, only their provider patients would appear on the dashboard if selecting the “view only my patients” option

  • Adjusted behavior of time logging on the care management tab so when switching months this will now prompt the users to select a date instead of defaulting to the first of the month which could lead to accidental backdating of time logs.

  • Fixed an issue with custom assessments with flag removal logic where this would sometimes fail to remove the desired flag.

  • Updated the text format for Home Phone on the patient page to include a space.

  • Added the ability to remove a suffix once once has been added to a patient.
