  • Select the date range of audits to view

  • Note that the range will default from the first day of the current month to the present day

Once the user has made their selections, they may hit the 'Search' button to display their results.

Once the results are displayed, a user will be able to view:

  • The Patient Name

    • Click on the hyperlinked name to navigate directly to that patient.

  • The type of Action

    • Filterable by 'Item Type'

  • The association to a User or System Action (titled as 'System' under the 'By' column header)

  • The Date and Time the action occurred

  • The Detailed Changes associated to the User or System Action

    • The BOLDED items under are the fields affected

    • The Green Highlighted items are the specific values entered or changed

After adding their desired filters, a user may click the 'Export' button to create and download a CSV file of the output.

A green toaster notification will display to the user when the CSV file is ready. Click on the notification to download the file.
