A user report that allows users to easily view the details of the time logged for each of their patients during a selected date range.

Navigating the Daily Logged Time Report

Any user associated with either the Care Manager, Physician, or Admin role (or any combination of the three) will have access to the Daily Logged Time Report. To access the report a user will click on their individual user dropdown in the top right corner of their ThoroughCare screen and select ‘Reports’.

The user will be taken to the ‘Reports Selection’ screen where they can select from user-specific reports that pertain to their individual role. Users who have access and wish to view their Daily Logged Time Report will click on the ‘Report Type’ dropdown, select the ‘Daily Logged Time’ Report option, and click ‘View’.

By default, the Daily Logged Time report will display the individual user’s logged time for the current date with the following patient-specific details:

  • Patient Name: The name of the patient associated with the time logged. When clicked, the name links to that patient’s Patient Info screen or their Care Management Program screen that the specific time was logged under.

  • EHR ID: The EHR ID associated with the patient. When clicked, the EHR ID links to that patient’s Patient Info screen or their Care Management Program screen that the specific time was logged under.

  • DOB: The patient’s date of birth.

  • Program: The patient’s program associated with the time logged.

  • Task Type: The program-specific task that the user performed while logging time.

  • Billable: Displays how much of the user’s time logged was billable.

  • Non-Billable: Displays how much of the user’s time logged was non-billable.

  • Pending: Displays the amount of time captured in a paused Time Log that is still waiting to be officially logged.

  • Total Time: Displays the total amount of Billable, Non-Billable, and Pending Time for that patient.

To view or hide the individual details of each recorded time log, click the arrow next to the patient’s name.

The report will also display the combined ‘Total Patient Time Logged’ for all patients present on the report. This section will include the ‘Total Time’ for all patients, as well as the total ‘Billable’, ‘Non-Billable’, and ‘Pending’ times logged for all patients.

To edit the dates, click the ‘Date Range’ field, select two dates that signify the desired date view, and click ‘Apply’.

Notes:

  • To view a single day, click the date twice before clicking ‘Apply’.

  • This report is only available to display time logged in the last 30 days.

To filter the Daily Logged Time Report by ‘Status’, ‘Program’, or ‘Task Type’, click on the ‘Filter’ button located at the top right of the report screen, select the necessary filter options, and click ‘Apply’.

Additional Functionality for Administrative Users

Customer and Practice Admin users will have the ability to view the logged times for other Care Managers. To populate additional user reports, they will go to the Daily Logged Time Report and click on the ‘Display Minutes By’ dropdown to select from the list of Care Manager and Physician users.

Downloading & Exporting Daily Logged Time Reports

The Daily Logged Time user reports are available to download to a PDF or export to a CSV file to support users and their specific needs.

To access the report outside of ThoroughCare, select either the PDF or CSV button located at the top, left of your user report. Once the report has been downloaded or exported to its desired file type, you can save or disperse the report as needed.
