ADT Feed Update

Description:

ThoroughCare has switched ADT vendors to align with our goal of providing affordable and accurate transition information. Practices that wish to leverage this new vendor have the option to either subscribe all of their patients to the ADT feed or only their patients who are enrolled in a program. Please reach out to your ThoroughCare Client Experience Representative if you would like to utilize the ADT Feed!

Benefits:

  • Higher probability of TCM opportunities

  • Well-rounded picture of patient care

New Features

Description:

The new Care Management Header, located within the Care Management tab, is a preview of ThoroughCare's evolution of care management workflow, designed to provide immediate clinical context at a glance. To ensure a clean user interface and preserve vertical screen real estate, this section will be initially collapsed by default. Users can simply click to expand or collapse as needed.

Benefits:

  • By moving toward this patient-centric view, ThoroughCare allows your staff to manage the patient, not just the program. Whether you are checking enrollment eligibility, tracking clinical goals, or preparing for an upcoming call, this header acts as your command center for patient coordination.

Description:

ThoroughCare has introduced the ability to connect users' Google Calendar with the ThoroughCare Calendar! This integration is bidirectional, so not only will your Google Calendar events appear on the ThoroughCare Calendar, but your ThoroughCare events will also appear on your Google Calendar.

Benefits:

  • Reduce duplicate work and scheduling conflicts

  • Improved flow between multiple calendars

* Enhancement was created based on a user idea
