ThoroughCare / Application Release Notes - April 14, 2026

Feature of the Month

Assessment Progress Bar*

ThoroughCare has made the assessment process easier with the addition of a progress bar that provides users with a visual cue that identifies which assessment questions have already been entered vs. the ones that are still in need of a response.

System Enhancements

Task Timer Reset Confirmation*

ThoroughCare has added a confirmation prompt to the Care Management Task Timer’s ‘Stop’ function. When a user clicks stop, a browser confirmation will now appear to verify the action before resetting the clock, preventing accidental loss of tracked time.

APCM Option Added to Care Plan Report

The Care Plan Report now offers an APCM program option that allows practices to populate APCM-related care plan documentation and program consent to patient reports. This addition removes the need to manage APCM conditions under multiple programs in order for the documentation to appear.

Time Zone Added to System-generated Timestamps

All system-generated timestamps now included the time zone associated with the time populated. This update removes all potential confusion related to practices that have users and/or patients across multiple time zones so that the exact time of documentation is always known.

Devices API Update*

ThoroughCare has updated the Device API endpoint to include a new custom extension timestamp, (ordered-at), capturing the date the device was ordered. This addition gives API users greater visibility into the device ordering timeline.

Automated Risk Levels Available Through API*

ThoroughCare has updated the GET/Patient endpoint to provide the ability to obtain patient automated Risk Levels through the API.

* Enhancement was created based on a user idea
