Coming Soon!

Eligibility & Enrollment Worklist

ThoroughCare will soon release its Eligibility & Enrollment Worklist. This worklist queue will surface the patients who qualify for your care management programs, so all your team needs to do is enroll them. An AI-generated Priority column sits at the front of the workflow, ranking eligible-but-unenrolled patients P1 through P3, so your team starts each day with the patients who stand to benefit most and represent the most immediate revenue opportunity.

Coming with this release:

  • AI-generated Priority column: patients tiered P1/P2/P3, with the worklist sorted by priority

  • Priority Modal: see exactly why a patient was ranked where they were, including every program eligibility the agent detected

  • Programs column: split into Active and Eligible, so current enrollment and open opportunity are visible side by side

  • Interaction Overview column: last successful and next scheduled interaction at a glance, with in-line logging

  • Interaction filters: narrow the worklist by interaction date range or surface patients with no recent activity

New Features

Dynamic Tenovi Device Order Form

The "Order a Device" modal now retrieves available Tenovi device types directly from the Tenovi API so that practices no longer have to wait on development updates to order new devices.

System Enhancements

Assessment Question to LOINC Code Mapping

ThoroughCare has completed an initial mapping of every current assessment question to its best-matching LOINC cod. This serves as the input for an upcoming clinical review pass and lays the groundwork for future interoperability work by standardizing how assessment data can be exchanged with external systems.

eCW DFT Messages: Admit Date/Time Support (PV1.44)

ThoroughCare now includes an Admit Date/Time in DFT messages sent to eCW, populating the PV1.44 segment with the claim's date of service. This allows an appointment to be created within eCW automatically upon claim submission and expands support for practices using an eCW integration.

Resolved Issues

Analytics

  • Claim modifiers are now displaying as expected in Analytics

EHRs & Integrations

  • The patient's zip code is now updating as expected for AdvancedMD patients

  • The GET /Task endpoint now supports retrieving user To-Dos using the category=user_task parameter on its own, without requiring a patient_id. This allows bulk retrieval of user-assigned tasks across practices in a single request.

Management

  • Care team reassignments are now being scoped to the correct practices when reassigning users from the Users module

  • The Billing & Claims Worklist is now successfully hidden from users who should not have access to it

Patient Chart

  • All legacy care plan items are now shown in an archived state

  • After 14 days of glucose measurements have been received, the GMI is now calculating as expected

  • Provider sign-offs can now be successfully saved for a past date
