Patient vitals can be managed in one central location, regardless of where the patient vitals are input from.

Whether you're tracking patient vitals from an RPM device, inputting them into a patient assessment, or in any other Medicare program, you'll be able to manage all patient vitals seamlessly on one page.

To begin, head to your Patient Page. At the bottom of the page, click on the Clinical Data tab.

After that, scroll down to the Vitals section and click on it.

Scroll down to see the Patient Vitals tab, where you can access all the patient vitals across all programs that have been tracked for the patient.

If you haven't added any measurements, you are prompted to chose measurements you'd like to add. You can do this by clicking on the dropdown list next to "Enabled Measurements".

For example, if you wanted to add the patient's Weight, chose it from the list.

Once you click on "BODY WEIGHT", you can enter the patient's weight, by clicking DETAILS.

Or if you'd like to choose more measurements to track, click the dropdown again to add more.

Once you click the Details button, you'll be able to view any previous readings or add new readings. Click the Blue "+Add Reading" button.

When the box appears, enter the value and the date/time of the reading.

In the box labeled "Device Name", add a brief description for the device. For example, if the weight is from the patient's home scale, you could enter "Patient's Home Scale". If the weight from the patient's last office visit, you could enter: "Last Office Visit Weight". This field is required and will make it easier to view readings from different devices.

Once you add different measurements and values, it's really easy to see numbers over time. The charts and graphs make it easy to show trends.
