Reports:
As part of our Analytics Platform, many of our existing ThoroughCare Reports are stored in the Analytics section. This document explains which reports are located there as well as where you can find them within the Analytics platform.
To view the available reports & dashboards in Analytics, click on "Analytics" in the hamburger menu on the left side of the screen.
You'll be taken to the main Analytics Dashboard. Here, you can navigate around the various functions to view different reports, depending on what you're looking for.
To view specific dashboards, click on "sheets" on the top right. Additionally, you have the option to export any dashboard to a PDF file by clicking on the three dots on the top left of any dashboard.

Program Worklists: CCM, PCM, BHI, CCO, RPM, TCM and AWV

Patient Care Plan Report
