For practices with EHR integration, patient encounters (such as office visits, vaccinations, surgeries, etc.) will now be automatically pulled from EHRs and displayed in patient files.

To find the information, navigate to a patient’s file and select ‘Encounters’ from the row of tabs.

Within the tab will be a table for patient encounters that will list:

  • Type of Encounter

  • Procedure name

  • Procedure Code

  • ICD10 Code

  • Date of Service

  • Status

  • Provider

  • Claim Amount

Encounter data will be pulled in and the data will automatically populate within the table.

Note (1): This tab will only function for practices that have a ‘Source’ (such as an API or health network services) for patient encounter data.

Note (2): Users may not create, delete, or edit patient encounters.
