The comprehensive patient worklist is designed to streamline your workflow and help you deliver more efficient and targeted patient care. This tool provides a single, centralized view of all patients in your practice, with powerful features and filtering options to help you quickly identify and prioritize who needs your attention most. Key features include the ability to view and filter by active enrollments, flags, and risk level directly within the worklist.
How to Access the Patient Worklist
There are three ways to access the Patient Worklist in ThoroughCare.
You can select Patient from the Worklists dropdown in the left-side menu.
You can use the search bar at the top left of the page.
You can click the icon to the immediate left of the search bar.
If you use the search bar, your search will automatically be applied to the worklist. If you use either of the other two access points, the worklist will show the results from your most recent search.
Filtering Options
The worklist provides a variety of filters to customize your patient view, allowing you to narrow down your patient panel to focus on specific groups. These filters can be used individually or in combination to create a highly specific list. This powerful functionality helps you manage a large patient population by allowing you to focus on the patients who are most relevant to your current task or objective. Whether you are conducting a targeted outreach campaign or preparing for a specific clinic, the filters help ensure you are working with the most pertinent information.
Practice: Filter by specific practice locations.
Active Programs: See patients enrolled in particular programs.
Department: Narrow your view to a specific department.
Primary Care Manager & Primary Provider: Filter by a specific primary care manager or provider.
